IHPM is by far the best property management company on Oahu. Kelly and her husband are amazing, and really know the "ins and outs" of property management, and are brilliant at taking care of rental homes. From working with us to achieve what we wanted, to dealing with tenants, repairmen or contractors, utilities, HOA's, you name it, they can take care of it. I love that IHPM operates with the highest levels of professionalism. Over the past year and half, I have had problem after problem arise trying to get my home in Mililani rented, Kelly has stood by me and helped out on so many issues.
